What we need when you call

• Your exact location, direction of travel and whether the vehicle is safely parked.
• Tyre size, vehicle registration and which tyre is affected.
• Whether you drove on the flat tyre, have a locking nut key, or can see wheel damage.

Only check the sidewall or take a photograph if you can do so safely. A registration lookup can help identify a tyre, but the fitted size and specification need confirming.

The responding fitter checks tyre stock, equipment and availability. Ask for a price and estimated arrival time before agreeing to the booking. No arrival time is guaranteed on this website.

Ask whether the quote covers removal, fitting, balancing, a valve and disposal. TPMS parts, specialist tyres or locking nut work may change the total.

Repair or replacement?

A small puncture within the repairable tread area may be suitable for repair. The tyre must be removed and inspected. Sidewall cuts, bulges or internal damage can mean replacement is needed.

A split or bent wheel cannot be put right by fitting a tyre. Unsafe access or unsuitable ground can also prevent mobile work; recovery or a workshop may be needed.

Evenings and out-of-hours callouts
